Roles & Responsibilities

• 1) Based on APQP Timing plan development activity to be excute & monitoring daily basis
• 2) Work allotment to done for every engineer in team. Technical & process competency to be explained & parts mfg have to ensure defects free.
• 3) Participate in daily Meeting & explain about project completion to Team leader & also get the engineer daily work progress status.
• 4) Monthly Schedule form Marketing/PPC Have to review & schedule adherence to be monitored day to day. Ensure the schedule completed in correct time frame.
• 5) Rejection/Rework monitor daily basis. Rework control to be focussed, Rejections to be eliminated
• 6) Inventory control have ensure for Team parts . SAP Vs Physical stock to maintain & ensure.
• 7) Lesson Learned documents have to prepare for executed projects for future reference & corrections
• 8) BOM,Info ,Routing preparation follow up activity.
• 9) Process Validation To be done for all induvidual process.
• 10) Production required jig & Fixtures to be planned & Gauges status need to get from Quality team.
