Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, Organize, Direct and Run optimum day-to-day operations. OEE Monitoring, improve the losses and taking actions. Cycle time reduction, Tool cost control
• Align with Customer needs, QA Standards, improve the Gear production
• Initiate Gear Box Manufacturing products, setup the line production
• Achieve the Quality Objectives align with Plant Objectives and Company Vision
• Manpower deployment Plan VS Actual. Manpower reduction action point Review, implement the Semi Automation at applicable areas like Material handling, Machining process, Inspection
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing department and do plan from time to time and meet delivery schedules either for shortfall items or those required urgently.
• To ensure the Machine maintenance PM, 100% availability of Machine hours, MTBF, MTTR, Maintain the Critical Spares, reduce the Maintenance cost with Effective maintenance
