• Organizing facility for new product introduction by studying existing Machine, Tools & Gauges, Process improvements and also the future requirements by utilizing DRN/PDS
• New Process implementation to reduce the cycle time and manpower by industrial Automation.
• Ensuring line activities and facility creation by providing required improvements
• Ensure Mem, Machine, Material and Environment Safety with benchmark operating practices
• Preventive and Primary actions against Non - Conformance - CAPA/8D report

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge in handling of new projects and customer interaction
• Knowledge in Zero based Costing, Process sequence, cost saving CIP, QCD Targets Etc.......
• Excellent knowledge in GD & T, Measurement and quality management system
