Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducts daily / shift internal meeting with the production team to review the progress on targets and analyzing any production/quality related issues/concerns
• Monitor production activities in the shop floor.
• Assign responsibilities to the team wrt to day to day activities and guides them in case of any queries and concerns
• Coordinates and prioritize tasks with outsourced vendors/Sub Supplier for finishing of produced goods
• Ensures / Complete proper documentation and implementation of IATF 16949, ISO and EMS requirements
• Maintaining & audit “5S” in shop floor
• Ensure & maintain setting (or) process parameters are within the range and as per the setup approval, monitoring the same

Technical Skills
