• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts thru safety patrol audits and plan the actions to close those unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
• Implementation of safety kaizen.
• Maintaining all fire and safety equipments in working condition in the plant.
• safety patrol audit on monthly basis
• Develop a system to capture more near miss incidents
• Implementation of safety induction training to the new joinee.
• TPM- SHE pillar targets & documentation to be complete within the time frame.
