Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related issues in Drive, Cam and Silent chain manufacturing processes
• Audit BAL 20 Q principles and TVS Self audit report preparation
• Make process flow as per IATF requirements and documentation accordingly & follow up TPM – Q activities and implement actions
• Monitor internal and external rejection and rework PPM and take action
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ)
• Initiate customer specific requirements and monitor
• Complaint analysis and action initiation through respective customer formats
• Monitor process, product and customer audits as per plan
• Initiate SPC, MSA and layout inspection as per schedule
• Review periodically CP, FMEA & FPD and maintain records
• Making MPRM report & customer specific requirement reports
• Customer Portal monitoring & sustenance
