Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and communication with Maintenance department for preventative maintenance of machinery to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Review manpower planning for all category of workers for smooth operations in concern with HR.
• Assign responsibilities to the team wrt to day to day activities and guides them in case of any queries and concerns
• Monitors production plan v/s achieved production along with rejection data.
• Review shift and day wise production/rejection/productivity/Efficiency reports and discuss with Plant Head.
• Responds to RFQ queries for production related data and suggestions
• Preparation of authenticated Production data/MIS Report/Presentation Skills etc.,
• Attend daily meeting & discuss findings, targets and action plan.
• Encourage the Team to archive the targets
• Review & finalize the daily production plan in absence of PPC Person/prepared by PPC person.
• Participate in CFT activities(feasibility analysis for new development, fitment etc.,)
• Conducts daily internal meeting with the production team to review the progress on targets and analysing any production/quality related issues/concerns

Technical Skills

• Well knoeldge in stamping & Blanking area.
• Minimum 20 years experience in Automotive industry
