Roles & Responsibilities
Safety walk and conduct tool box meeting in shop floor on daily basis.
To provide safety training to new employee and other plant employees.
Organise safety committee and conduct meeting as per schedule.
Co-ordinate with HRD for Hazardous Waste Disposal.
Operation and maintain fire alarm system and fire extinguishers.
To verfy and provide permit to contractor based on the requirement.
Update and maintain ISO documents and submission of weekly report
Conduct emergency prepare mock drill and fire drill as per schedule.
Verify and maintain lifting equipment testing and certification through third party.
Maintain detector system running condition and calibration as per schedule.
Provide road safety training to drivers and forklift operator
Maintain OHC and co-ordinate with HRD for form 8 submission.
Prepared and submission of customer requirement on EHS.
Updating of daily progress report.
Submission of Monthly MIS report.
Technical Skills
