Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and Coordinate the Production Planning and Manufacturing Schedules, follow of materials (RM to Finished Goods) between Manufacturing Plant and Customer end
Manage Day to Day goals of the production and manufacturing teams, working hand in hand with the production and manufacturing managers/Plant heads for specific area tasks and responsibilities
Improve runtime while maintaining high Quality, timely delivery and cost effectiveness
Generate and analyze production reports to asses performance against targets
Provide Regular updates on production status and Key performance indicators
Technical Skills
Strong Understanding of production processes, inventory management and quality control
Proficiency in using Production planning software and ERP - SAP
Knowledge in lean manufacturing principle is a plus
