Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and Coordinate the Production Planning and Manufacturing Schedules, follow of materials (RM to Finished Goods) between Manufacturing Plant and Customer end
• Manage Day to Day goals of the production and manufacturing teams, working hand in hand with the production and manufacturing managers/Plant heads for specific area tasks and responsibilities
• Improve runtime while maintaining high Quality, timely delivery and cost effectiveness
• Generate and analyze production reports to asses performance against targets
• Provide Regular updates on production status and Key performance indicators

Technical Skills

• Strong Understanding of production processes, inventory management and quality control
• Proficiency in using Production planning software and ERP - SAP
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing principle is a plus
