• Manpower handling,Ensure tool availability & tool planning as per production plan
• Tool setting, Document prepare & maintenance, Maintain Shop floor 5S, Implement & Maintain TPM activities, Daily component & RM stock verification.

Technical Skills

• Press shop production & planing, Knowledge of Progressive tool & compound tool.
• Knowledge of auto press component. IATF 16949,Knowledge of TPM.
• Knowledge of Production failure & analysis skill.
