Roles & Responsibilities

• To achieve the daily & monthly production target with quality.
• To work as per Standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Should have well knowledge about the chain components and its applications.
• Ability to control the manpower in their workstation.
• Avoid ensure components spillage, Oil leakage & component mix up elimination in work place.
• Ensure the product quality and check periodically to prevent defects and any mix up.
• If any breakdown of machines cleared with help of supporting team(EM/MM).
• To ensure shop floor discipline and 5’S throughout the assembly.
• Periodically monitor the workers PPE usage and availability.
• Monitor the workers safety and health on time to time.

Technical Skills

• Ability to plan the assembly shop floor by using the available components.
• Ability to control the manpower in their workstation.
• Ability to operate/maintain the chain assembly machine/Assy process activities.
• Ability to achieve the production target fixed by plan.
