Roles & Responsibilities

• Follows up with NPD for ongoing projects status update to HOD.
• Conducts strategic account reviews aiwth all assigned customers on a regular basis to customer neds and business objectives.
• Prepares MIS report and presents the consolidated analysis of the progress of the function.
• Ensure timely generation of invoices and collections of payments to reduce outstanding payments.
• Customer schedule adherence and GAP analysis
• Needs and expectation on Customer requirements.
• Interacts with customers for Queries, ECB, design changes and coordinates with D&D and R&D for feasibility analysis.
