Roles & Responsibilities
- ? To ensure all tool jig and fixtutres according to the monthly and day wise schedule .
- ? To make purchase indent as per monthly schedule of all consumable and tooling requirment.
- ? To check the tool life as per the standard if any fail make a mintues of meeting with concerned person .
- ? To ensure that all physical stock with sap stock on daily and monthly basis.
- ? To motivate the operators and follow up for corrective & preventive actions and to motivate for continuous improvements.
- ? Responsible for taking corrective and preventive actions against poor tool life and trial for better tool life
- ? To ensure shop floor discipline general cleanness and order-lines throughout the manufacturing as well as storage and other facility areas.
- ? To ensure safety activity being followed handling of electrical and mechanical problems.
- ? To cordinate with the production incharge and HOD of department.
- ? To implement and follow regularity/statutory requirements in industrial maintenance and environmental maintenance.
