A.Privacy Policy:
1. This Policy aims to cover any information of the Users provided to LGB, including any personally identifiable information and/or traffic information and/or any information which may be collected by our server from the User’s browser and/or any information which is not personally identifiable (“Information”).
2. LGB hereby informs the Users that -

11. LGB hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. LGB shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction only of the courts of the Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in India and by using /accessing this Website or Mobile applications, you hereby expressly accept to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, for disputes if any, that may arise out of or relating to the use of the Website/Mobile Applications.
12. Unless otherwise specified herein, these terms and conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and LGB with respect to the Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and LGB with respect to the Website.
