LGB’s Tool Room specializes in making precision press tools, pin cutting, curling & cold forging tools, Tensioner assembly tools, and rubber mould tools. Our Tooling components have high precision & close manufacturing tolerances manufacturing accuracy range less than 5 microns.

Design
Equipped with advanced CAD/CAM Software like Creo, Solid Works, Inventor, Auto-CAD and Master CAM to fulfill the customer requirements and achieve the quality of high precision tools through robust design concepts & optimization. The core area of tool designing is press tools, jigs & fixtures, gauges , conveyor assembly tools etc.
MANUFACTURING
Equipped with high precision machineries & equipments like HAUSER, HAAS VF, MAZAK, OKAMOTO, SODIK and ELECTRONICA. The process planning & quality control is carried out using advance software like SAP, WINDCHILL & ALFRESCO-DMS
